Hi, I'm new to the group and need some advice about getting visas for my family.

We live in the UK and are moving to Chon Buri as my husband has been offered a job there.

He needs a Non Immigrant B single entry work visa. I need a Non Immigrant O visa, and our daughter needs a Non Immigrant ED visa.

Has anyone on here recently been through the same process and could share advice and information? I've been looking online but it's so confusing!

Many thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A newcomer seeks advice on obtaining visas for her family as they prepare to relocate to Chon Buri, Thailand. Her husband requires a Non Immigrant B work visa, she needs a Non Immigrant O visa, and their daughter needs a Non Immigrant ED visa for educational purposes. Community members offer reassurance that the husband's employer will assist with the Non-B visa application, and school documentation will support the Non-ED visa application.

As said, your husband employment visa should cover all that.

Your husband's employer will provide the documentation for his Non-B and will need to support your application for your Non-O. You're child's school will provide the documentation for the Non-ED.
