Hi Everyone ๐Ÿ˜„

I'm a teacher in South Africa and I'm in the process of applying for my Non Immigrant B visa for Thailand

Does anyone here know how I go about the visa application?

Do I need to apply in person or online? And if in person do I need to make an appointment at the embassy or do I just go to the embassy?

I tried to call but there is no answer.

I looked on the website but no luck, it only stipulates the documentation that is needed.

Thanks so much !

TLDR : Answer Summary
A teacher in South Africa is seeking guidance on applying for a Non Immigrant B visa for Thailand. They inquire about whether the application should be done online or in person, and whether an appointment is needed at the embassy. Comments indicate that the South African embassy may have delayed responses due to the Thai New Year, and the requirements for the visa application include obtaining a letter of acceptance from an employer.

What else do you need? The directions are right here. Good luck lol. You need a letter of acceptance from an employer, among other letters. They are listed here:

All Thai embassies will have been closed for the past 5 days due to the Thai New Year. Perhaps youโ€™ll have better luck tomorrow.

Perhaps someone with experience of the SA embassy can give you specific details.
