ORIGINAL POSTERMy friend holds a Non Immigrant Business visa (Non B visa) which expires and renewed every December for the last few years.
He is going to register his marriage with his Thai spouse this month.
Does he need to do anything with his Non B visa? Or can he just renew as usual as if nothing happened.
He plans to continue using Non B visa , no plans to use Spouse/Marriage visa.
