TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether the immigration system recognizes their Non Immigrant B electronic visa when traveling as a tourist. Responses confirm that the visa is indeed registered in the immigration system and suggest utilizing the Non Immigrant B for a stay of 90 days. Additionally, for any travel outside of Thailand, it is advised to obtain a re-entry permit to avoid voiding the visa.

Are you planning on traveling outside of Thailand? You'll need to buy a re-entry permit or you will void the visa upon exit.

Of course it is in the system. Both with your name and your passport. As soon as they scan your passport they will see your visa.
