I already have my Non Immigrant B electronic visa but I would like to travel as Tourist due to some documents problem since I already have my flight details.... Does the immigration system show that I have my Non Immigrant B visa or not?

Of course it is in the system. Both with your name and your passport. As soon as they scan your passport they will see your visa.
