US Visa Under Consideration - No Embassy Letter.

I went to class for 2 weeks before lockdown. Expired after amnesty, never went back to class, went to immigration once, was told to wait back in Sept when it was extended.

No appointment, no hassles at Chaengwattana. Just paid 3000 overstay and 1,900. Was told to come back on Nov 23 and they'd give me a 60 day stamp.

They even made a copy of my TM6 which I forgot and my picture was not a 4x6 and I was wearing shorts.

Sounds to good to be true, wondering if I wont get the stamp later 🤔

My tourist visa 60 days stamp is finished yesterday (29 April), as we all know there is amnesty for visa in Thailand at this moment so i didn't went to immigration assuming that im covered from this amnesty law, but today watching this video i got little bit scared that even with visa amnesty people will be forced to pay overstay, i never believe in this thought until i saw this video from Harald how they fined him for overstay on the airport but he will have to pay next time he enter Sri Lanka. Yes luckily this is not Thailand and i hope this will not happen in Thailand after the epidemic is finished.What are your thoughts, they can do this in Sri Lanka?

Hey! My ED visa is due for extension today. I’m leaving the country in 1 week (permanently) so only need a 7 day extension instead of the usual 90 day. Today I am trying to extend but My land lord is out of town and cannot sign or fill out the notification form for house master... do Americans get a free 30 days in Thailand without a fee? I only need to extend for 7 days. Should I just pay the overstay fee and stay? Thanks in advance.

A close friend of mine will be having 2 days overstay. Do you guys know how exactly and where at Suvarnabhumi airport the fee is supposed to be paid?
