A question

I did 6 days ago on 21/6/22 the 90 day reporting online. Until now it still says ‘pending’

My 90 day period is finishing today. What if it is not done today? Diving have to pay overstay fee then?

Any thoughts or ideas?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is concerned about their 90-day immigration report still showing as 'pending' on the final due date. They seek advice on potential overstay fees if the report is not completed. Commenters suggest canceling the pending report and resubmitting it, and also reassure the user that there is a grace period of up to 7 days to report without penalties. They recommend contacting the local immigration office for assistance.

Call your local Immigration office and ask if they can approve your report.

You can try to cancel the current one from the system and re-submit if you want.

If you are going to report in person, you will not be fined if you do within 7 days after.

90days report windows are:

- At the local immigration office: 15 days before until 7 days later the due date

- Online: 15 days before until the due date

- By legacy mail (EMS): post stamped at least 15 days before the due date

I am leaving the country in 2 days.

If I bring the paper from the immigration website to the immigration at the airport, would it still be okay?

Will you be returning to Thailand? You may be fined 2000 baht the next time you need to do something at immigration.

But would I be in overstay then? Since I reported early enough but they are slow….

It's not an overstay. You wouldn't be. 90 days report is not your extension.

If you don't do 90 days report, you would be just fined for "not reporting 90days".

The online system is not working well for everyone every time. Your responsibility is you do 90 days report somehow. You do it within the window I described.

How you want to do it is your decision.

, immigration in the airport (passport control) wouldn't handle 90days reporting.
