ORIGINAL POSTERWhen you apply for a non-o- 90 day visa from your local country you need to confirm, flights 800k bhat or equivalent and where you are staying.
If I’ve booked an Airbnb for say three months, would this satisfy immigration requirements or do you actually require an official rent agreement or stay at a hotel? Thank you in advance.

ORIGINAL POSTERI want to go to and apply from HCMC in the coming days. I believe I have to show proof that I’m staying in the country. Ideally I want an Airbnb for two weeks, but when I asked chatgpt, it said that’s not really proof of longer term stay, like a rental agreement. Has anyone experience with this? Any recommendations?

ORIGINAL POSTERHappy holiday weekend all … if I’m on a 30+30d visa exemption and move into accommodation that can’t/won’t file a TM30 (Airbnb, lease takeover), does that mean I have no option to apply for a C19 visa extension once my current 30+30d entitlement ends? TIA ✌️

ORIGINAL POSTERI'm a UK citizen who is getting an educational visa. I need to present a house book to prove my living arrangement. I am unable to get one as I've airbnbd and the owner has disappeared and is uncontactable. Do I have any options? Is my airbnb receipt acceptable?
