I need to prolong my tourists visa for 30 days. 60 + 30

What is required beside 1900bht and my passport?

I stay in AirBnb, I did not get any paper from my host, is that a problem?

if my stay expires on 7.11, can I go there already at 25.10 or is there some maximum of days in advance you can go?

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your tourist visa in Thailand for an additional 30 days, you will need your passport and a payment of 1,900 THB. It is also necessary to secure a TM30 form from your accommodation provider; however, if you're staying at an AirBnb and have not received this document, it might create complications. You can apply for the extension as early as October 25th, given your visa expires on November 7th. Additionally, you will need a passport-sized photo and should fill out a TM.7 form at the immigration office. If your host fails to provide a TM30, consider relocating temporarily to a hotel for proper address registration.

You need a pass photo as well and apply on a TM.7 at the immigration. If your immigration requires a TM.30 which is your host’s responsibility, you might need to take a night in a cheap hotel to get an updated TM.30 address registration. Ask your host to provide you one first, but this is a known problem with AirBnb stays.

Ask for a TM30. You’ll need that

That's the list Immigration require with visa extension. Try to get them or change accommodation

It clearly says "report address" this absolutely NOT the list of requirements for an extension. This is the list of requirements for TM30.

They would have handed this to someone looking for an extension if they were missing the TM30. Basically combining the TM30 with the extension, and saying if you want an extension you need this to file the TM30 first.

your theory would make sense if the list mentioned TM30 then in absence of TM30 the three items. But remember TM30 is mandatory not optional ! If the mandatory TM30 was sufficient it would have a prominent place on the list with TM7....explain why it does not?

@David ******
because most offices don't require a TM30 for extension. They just check the computer and see one was filed. Each office makes their own requirements and TM30 is not an official requirement for an extension. It would not be listed on any extension form.

understood. It makes sense. They can see if it's electronically filed. Still jomtien are emphatic on the three items and landlord was unsurprised!

she was clear. TM30 in my hand would not suffice. I gave the list to my landlord and two days later I received the three documents. Landlord did not say "TM30 is enough " he was clearly aware of these separate requirements and provided them. TM30 is NOT enough

there's no immigration office in Thailand that requires the owner's blue book and ID for a 30 day tourist extension. You're either talking about a different visa/extension or there's more to the story.

@David ******
Yes and this is requirement for TM.30 address registration, not the extension.

how you can doubt or challenge this amazes me. I waited at Information desk 100 minutes last week. I only give accurate information. By confusing it with landlord's TM30 you cause doubt and uncertainty. You should shut up until you make proper inquiries.

tourist don't register the TM30. Hotel or landlord creates TM30 by law and they're penalized for delay or failure. The list on the picture is IMMIGRATION office list given to me with Extension application form TM27. It's exactly what they'll ask for when you seek 30 days extension. Avoid lunch period 11.30am til 1.00pm

@David ******
TM.27 is change of address in Thailand. You apply for 30 days tourist extension on TM.7 and the requirements are only passport with latest stamp, passphoto, 1900 baht cash and TM.30 if your immigration will ask for it as not all do. If she needs to change address, she’ll need to take a couple of nights in a hotel and they’ll make an updated TM.30 for here.

the list is issued with form TM7...they're not flexible on it. Must be complied with. Landlord or hotel owner to provide. It is not the TM30...the official shrugged and marked the list with ballpoint pen as you see in picture. Get the last three items before you go there.

Yes you can go early but you may need a TM30 from whoever owns where you stay
