I am going to Bangkok next month. The thing is, I already bought an insurance from World Trips but I am having problem accessing their website since few days back. I did email their support but they never reply.

Now, I am planning to cancel it since I found another travel insurance from my home country (at competitive price!) that do cover Covid-19 (up to 50k USD) while traveling and some other benefits that I found useful such as travel delay, loss of money / credit card.

But the thing is, I already got my Thailand pass approve with my World Trip insurance. Is it okay to proceed with World Trip insurance cancellation so that I can buy the new travel insurance?

I am currently on the Non-O Retirement visa which was extended for 1 year. I had received that visa in Thailand. I have a single re-entry permit. The health insurance was not required when I applied for that visa. HOWEVER I do have a health insurance with April with coverage up to 1 million baht (30K USD).

I plan to visit Cambodia for 1 week in August. Then return to Thailand using my re-entry permit. My retirement 1 year extension will expire on November 22nd. My health insurance will expire in September 10.

In order to successfully re-enter Thailand .... my questions:

Do I need to increase my health insurance to $100k USD (3 million baht)? This requirement is part of new retirement visa application for entry in to Thailand.

Do I need to extend my health insurance until at least November 22nd (the day my current NON-O extension expires)?

Will I need a letter from April specifically stating about COVID-19 coverage?
