I am going to Bangkok next month. The thing is, I already bought an insurance from World Trips but I am having problem accessing their website since few days back. I did email their support but they never reply.
Now, I am planning to cancel it since I found another travel insurance from my home country (at competitive price!) that do cover Covid-19 (up to 50k USD) while traveling and some other benefits that I found useful such as travel delay, loss of money / credit card.
But the thing is, I already got my Thailand pass approve with my World Trip insurance. Is it okay to proceed with World Trip insurance cancellation so that I can buy the new travel insurance?
Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster is inquiring about the possibility of canceling their travel insurance with World Trips after obtaining their Thailand pass, as they found a better insurance option from their home country. Commenters generally agree that it should be fine to cancel the initial insurance without any issues.
I am not sure whether Thai gov approved my Thai Pass because I got World Trip insurance? I thought there are only selective insurance providers that Thai gov approve? Correct me if i'm wrong
I saw someone comment in another post mentioning they bought insurance and then apply for Thailand Pass. Once their Thailand Pass got approve, they just cancel the insurance. Basically, they enter Thailand without any insurance at all ๐ฅฒ
