my second question is about insurance, can i use any #insurance from my country which covers 20000 travel medicine or need some exect once? please give me advices🙏

As long as it says that you are insured for Covid-19 and 20K dollar at least.

Insurance from your country is perfectly fine and all companies provide a letter for Thailand if you ask for it.

I wasn't able to get that from Blue Cross/Shield, USA. 2 months ago. Maybe things have changed.

Any insurance works, however if you're using a foreign company they need to provide you a letter specifically stating you're covid for covid-19 coverage in Thailand up to $20k usd.

The price is determined by how much they can get from you. Safety wing changes price depending on your age. AXA does not. AXA doesn't change price depending on age, or country of origin ( I checked a few countries), vaccine status or health conditions.
