Hello I am currently in Chiangmai and have gotten a job in Chonburi. The company sent me the letter and didn’t my criminal record in Chiangmai. Can I use the criminal record from Chiangmai to apply for a NON-B visa in Chonburi with no issues.

And side question, can I apply for my NON-B visa in Chonburi using an address in Chiangmai since I don’t live there yet?

Thanks

Hi 👋

Im in an urgent need for US visa. I justgot my vacation confirmed. I want to go to the US in June so I applied for the interview in US embassy in Chiangmai it’s available slot on 21st of April. Because the closest appointment date in Bangkok is in August which is too late for my trip.

I just want to ask if its possible to do this? And i chose to pick up my passport in my area in Bangkok. What if it is better to receive by mailing? Has anyone ever done something like this?

Hi all, I need to get my UK marriage certificate legalised in the UK and then translated ready for next year's o visa (supporting a Thai wife), is there a reliable agent here that can do this please? The people who I was going to use in Chiangmai will no longer do it. I live in Phayao and there's not much help here, Tia Paul

I'm booked to arrive in Chiangmai on Saturday evening Nov.5 and will need to file my TM 30 on Monday. Is the immigration office closed in that week due to Loy Krathong? It doesn't seem to be showing up as a holiday period?

I am an American, traveling through southeast Asia since January, and I am looking to stay in Thailand longer and wanting to learn more Thai language. I am currently in Thailand on a 30 day tourist visa on arrival, that ends Oct 26, but not able to get an extension because my current landlord is not able to provide the correct documents immigration is asking for. So I will be leaving the kingdom to renew the visa, and ultimately am aiming for an education visa. I am in Chiangmai now looking at schools to find the one that will work best for me (I am differently-abled and need a slower pace of teaching style).

What I need advice on is the precise procedure needed for me to get a 60 day tourist visa. Where do I need to go, what do I need to do, how do I do it, what can I expect the process to be like and any other useful information or suggestions you might have for me, both regarding the 60 day and the educational visa.

I appreciate any help you can offer, and I apologise if I have neglected any information needed to give me the most accurate advice. Feel free to ask me anything you need to be able to help me better. Thank you!

Looks like the age limit for priority service has been raised from 70 to 75 at Chiangmai. According to the whiteout and red marker, anyway.
