Hi 👋 

Im in an urgent need for US visa. I justgot my vacation confirmed. I want to go to the US in June so I applied for the interview in US embassy in Chiangmai it’s available slot on 21st of April. Because the closest appointment date in Bangkok is in August which is too late for my trip. 

I just want to ask if its possible to do this? And i chose to pick up my passport in my area in Bangkok. What if it is better to receive by mailing? Has anyone ever done something like this?

If you can do it this way, just get your passport sent back to you. Forget about picking it up, sounds way too complicated.
