Hello I am currently in Chiangmai and have gotten a job in Chonburi. The company sent me the letter and didn’t my criminal record in Chiangmai. Can I use the criminal record from Chiangmai to apply for a NON-B visa in Chonburi with no issues.
And side question, can I apply for my NON-B visa in Chonburi using an address in Chiangmai since I don’t live there yet?
Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired whether they could use their criminal record from Chiangmai to apply for a NON-B visa in Chonburi, and also whether they can apply for the visa using an address in Chiangmai despite not currently living there. Comments clarified that no police criminal check is required for the NON-B visa application, but the application must be made in the province where the employer and residence are located. Additionally, a TM30 form needs to be filed at the immigration office for the address being used.
you should be able to, but make sure you are a resident of Chonburi Province with a TM30 on file with Jomtien Immigration . Suggest you ask them for their list of requirements for the Thai Visa and extension of stay you want.
