Hello I am currently in Chiangmai and have gotten a job in Chonburi. The company sent me the letter and didn’t my criminal record in Chiangmai. Can I use the criminal record from Chiangmai to apply for a NON-B visa in Chonburi with no issues.

And side question, can I apply for my NON-B visa in Chonburi using an address in Chiangmai since I don’t live there yet?

Sorry to interupt, but for the application of converion of Stay into the Non Immigrant B visa there is NO requirement to have a police criminal check.

You apply in the province where your employer and your residence is, you can not live in Chang Mai and daily travel to Chonburi to work.

You must have a TM30 filed at the immigration office you want to use, so an address in Chaing Mai will not let you use Chonburi

you should be able to, but make sure you are a resident of Chonburi Province with a TM30 on file with Jomtien Immigration . Suggest you ask them for their list of requirements for the Thai Visa and extension of stay you want.
