Can I be a shareholder in a Thai LTD company while holding a DTV visa and working part-time in Europe?Answered

If I have a DTV visa and halftime job in Europe which can be partialy done from Thailand can I still be a shareholder in LTD company/ multiple of them here in Thailand? Or it is against the DTV?
