I am leaving an employer that I have worked for for two weeks. I expect they will not pay me, as they have proven themselves to be impressively dishonest. Has anyone here ever had success filing a complaint with the Ministry of Labor? Any advice would be appreciated.
ok not technically visa but visa related. I have some people coming here to work in BK and they just received Non B but have no wp? I thought the DOL and MFA both state that t apply for Non B you need to fill wp3 and get letter before applying for visa? So now they have a Non B do they fill wp1 or wp3 an can they do it outside thailand ( Germany
Good day everyone. My wife is a teacher at a public school in Thailand. She has all her legal documents in order (visas and employment contract), together with a recently acquired work permit. She’s been with the school for over 6 months. She is preggies and will be expecting late October. The school will break for holidays before she delivers…she will be at work until then.
Questions:
1. Are we as farangs entitled to maternity leave? If yes,
2. How many maternity days are we entitled to and… is this paid leave?
