Hi everyone,

my idea is to apply for a 60 day tourist visa and then extend it by 30 days on site in Hua Hin. I plan to buy a flight ticket for 82 days, so my question is, will my 60 day tourist visa application be approved when the plane ticket shows that I intend to stay 82 days?

Hello all and thank you in advance if you are able to help.

I am applying for an initial single entry 90-day non-immigrant B visa from the UK to work at a Thai university.

Will I need to book a return flight or can I apply with a single ticket to Bangkok?

Visa application question - I am going to the Thai embassy in L.A. tomorrow, I am getting a 60 day tourist Visa on requirements it states that you need your in and out flight tickets, which I have but they only accept etickets or paper tickets (no itinerarys accepted) obviously check in only opens 24 hours before you board so if I print out my confirmation email with the dates etc will this be sufficient? So confusing! 😩 also they want a copy of your VISA showing you are able to reside in the USA (I am british) will the stamp from homeland security in my passport be the VISA and sufficient for them? As we are from the UK we have 90 days visa exemption you see. I have tried calling the consulate but I am only met with an automated message you cannot actually speak to a real person. Thanks in advance
