What are the requirements for applying for a Thailand visa regarding flight and accommodation details?

Hey I have a couple of questions about the visa and I will appreciate some help
1. During the application via the e-visa platform. It asks for plane tickets and accommodations. How should I approach this? I was under the impression that I would get the visa first and go whenever I want for how long I want (without exceeding the 180 days per year). Shall I book something refundable for how long and when (relative to the visa application date) and do I need a round trip ticket?

2. I'm working as a software engineer full time (permanent) in the Netherlands (not a european citizen), and I'm allowed to work remotely with my company although I have limited days per year that I can work from abroad (the company is flexible with that). I don't plan to stay working with the same company for long and perhaps will also leave the country (Netherlands). Will this be eligible for the application or do I need a fully remote job? The company uses "NHG employer’s statement 2024-1 2.0" for the employment statement, which doesn't specify the remote work eligibility.

If you apply from the Netherlands they will ask you for

Residency details

Company details, KvK details which you can get online for a small fee.

Letter saying the company allows/permits remote working in Thailand.

Plus all the other stuff they ask for by default.

At least that's what they asked from me a month after the DTV first came out. Might have changed now though. Plus I'm a Dutch citizen so a little different.

It asks for proposed or intended flight and date of arrival. Very few embassies ask for an actual ticket. Typically you'll need to produce a document that says that you are allowed to work remotely in Thailand and that you won't be doing business with any Thai persons or entities.
