90 Day Report - we did our first 90 day report in person at immigration when we moved to Rayong from Chonburi. We travelled to Vietnam in September and our second 90 day report is now due so we tried to do it online.

It was rejected for the following reason :

For first-time requests of a 90-day notification in each country visit, in-person presentation at the immigration office is required.

Does that mean every first 90 day report after you enter Thailand must be done in person? We didn’t have any problems doing it online when we stayed in Chonburi, but maybe rules have changed since then?

Before applying for my DTV this week, I had been entering Thailand on visa on arrival for the past six months. That means I’ve already stayed in the country well over 90 days within the last year. I plan to re-enter Thailand this week to activate my DTV.

I just realized I may need to complete the 90-day reporting, but I’m not clear on the exact process. From what I understand, I’ll need a TM30 from the homeowner ?, Could someone provide me with a clear step-by-step plan of action for handling this?

I’m based in Rayong, so I assume I’ll need to take care of everything at Rayong Immigration. Any guidance would be appreciated.

1 year extension of stay at Rayong immigration in my case #5. You can get extension within 20 Minutes, in my case just 15 minutes if you are well prepared and your paperwork is according to the very simple immigration requirements .

1. Go there on Wednesday or Thursday ( my experience in Rayong)

2. Have all required documents ready on hand

3. Proper dress

4. No need for agent

5. Make sure you have latest Bank statements (12 months + Bank letter) available as well as updated (same day as application) ATM update.

6. My recommendations only applies if you meet the $$$ or affidavid requirements.

By the way, it took me just 1 hour to complete TM 7, drive to copyshop and get the documents done since they are always same. One hour per year, not bad, child labour, Kindergarden

Just a little word to the wise about something that happened to me.

I am renting a house in Ban Chang for about 3 months now. I have a retirement visa.

So a couple days ago a couple immigration officers from Rayong IO knocked on my door and asked for my passport. OK.......no worries on my part. I know I am all good in all regards.

Long story short...........the were looking for the previous renter (a gentleman from England). They said he had overstayed his visa.

Take from this what you will. It showed me that Thai Immigration Rayong is on the job, and ya best keep things up to snuff.

Hello everyone

This is my first time on NON-O Retirement Visa Extensions, which I did through an Agency in Pattaya.

I now live in Rayong so it's a different province and I have to do the 90 days report soon.

Would I be able to do that by myself in Rayong immigration?

I'd go in person and provide: TM30, TM47, All copies of my passport

Hi everyone,

Have anyone done the covid extension at Rayong immigration office lately? How did it go?

And if I need to do it in Bangkok, is it at Laksi IT center/mall ? What are your experiences there?🙏

Thank you everyone!

Hi everyone,

I am just wondering if anyone has done a covid extension from RAYONG Immigration office lately? Are they nice? And had you got 60 stamps there or only 30 days?

Thank you

Hey - wondering if anyone had experience with renewing their yearly extension of stay early at Rayong Immigration?

My Non-Imm O (marriage) 1 year extension runs out in late May. However, I'm looking to fly home as soon as possible, and I'll only be back mid-June.

Does anyone know if it's possible to just turn up at Rayong Immigration and apply for another 1 year extension earlier than the stamp in my passport expires?

We live on the other side of Rayong so it's a bit of a trek with my wife's work commitments to just go on the chance they'll tell us to bugger off.

Tried calling the number on their site & google but they never ever pick up. Thanks very much for any assistance!

Ok this is a little long winded but hope it makes sense

Visa: Ed Visa

My Condo: Bangkok

tm30: bangkok

Currently: Studying online because school is closed

Location Currently: Koh Samet (Have been for 2 months)

My next visa extension isn't until the 5th of Sept, but my 90-day report is due on the 5th of August. If I can help it I don't really want to go back to Bangkok until I have to which would be around 5th Sept.(and technically if I go now I am breaking the law).

I have tried to do the 90 day reporting online and as no surprise, it isn't working regardless of what browser I use.

What are my options? I potentially have a guy who would go to Bangkok for me (thai) and report my 90days for me.

Could I go and report in Rayong instead of Bangkok? Although my TM30 is registered in Bangkok would that cause a problem?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

As it feared, it is not easy to get the covid extension with the authority responsible for Rayong. Was there today, all copies and letter of embassy now they want to see a return ticket to see that I stay in Thailand for more than another 60 days, with the addition that it would be a unique affair for me. On Friday I will try a return ticket.
