TLDR : Answer Summary
To complete your first 90-day report on a DTV visa in Thailand, you primarily need your passport and proof of TM30 filing by your landlord. The process is free, and the only fee mentioned (1900 THB) pertains to extension applications, not the 90-day report. Depending on the immigration office, additional documents like a TM47 may be required, but generally, the essential requirement is the TM30 confirmation.

If you are going in person

Most important thing you need is a copy of your TM30 files by your accommodation or landlord

And your passport

That is all

90-day reporting is free. Need TM47, TM30 and photocopies of your passport.

Erica Cheong depends on the office. Hua Hin just requires your passport to be handed over and a TM30 in the computer. Really shouldn’t be making general statements because each office is different.

Your landlord or owner of the property you live in will need to have filed a TM30 stating you live there, so ask them for the receipt and take it with you. There is no charge for a 90 day report
