Hello everyone

This is my first time on NON-O Retirement Visa Extensions, which I did through an Agency in Pattaya.

I now live in Rayong so it's a different province and I have to do the 90 days report soon.

Would I be able to do that by myself in Rayong immigration?

I'd go in person and provide: TM30, TM47, All copies of my passport

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about completing their 90-day report at Rayong immigration following a NON-O Retirement Visa extension. They wonder if they can manage this process without assistance, especially since they now reside in a different province (Rayong) than where their visa was initially processed (Pattaya). Comments suggest that a new TM30 may be necessary and provide guidance on the documentation required, including correspondence with property owners. Ultimately, another user reports a successful experience at the immigration office, indicating a relatively straightforward process.

So I went to immigration yesterday with all paperwork.

I started by giving her my passport and TM47. After 2 minutes she gave me the passport back along with the new 90 days notification date receipt.

She said, that's done, you're good to go. She didn't even look at the fact the TM47 I gave to her hadn't been signed yet, and it didn't have a date on it, so I told her so and I did sign it and left, thanks

You need to have an up to date tm30 filed for where you now live. Taking the tm 30 form on its own will most like ly not be sufficient. I needed both house books with copies signed by the property owner. I also needed owner Id card copy signed. I also needed a lease agreement that was current and the io insisted that the property owner attended with me. I told them she was in Bangkok 700 km away so they spoke to her on the phone instead. Also signed copies of passport. With all that you might get tm30 done and then the 90 day report. I had a struggle in your situation but it came out good in the end. What my io flatly refused to do was transfer my extension stamp to my new passport. I had to fly to Bangkok where I got tge extension originally. Tge system just cant seem to cope easily with people who move about a lot and UF you own more than 1 property things get tricky. Good luck.

Yes, it was unclear from your post if you provide a new one or old one.

If you showed up at Chonburi immigration with your agent, you will be fine. If you sent a passport there, I don't think Rayong office will accept it.

You probably need to register a new TM30 at Rayong.

I've filled the TM30 today signed by the residence owner, ready. I'll give that to them then. Is that what you mean, yes?
