Hi there, I'm a Canadian and is currently residing in Bangkok. I'm looking to apply for DTV and I'd like to check:

1. Is it possible for me to apply while I'm in Bangkok?

2. If not, when I exit from Bangkok, can I apply from another country within Southeast Asia?

3. What type of residential status do I need to hold in the country I'm applying from?

Has anyone applied for and been approved for a DTV using Discover Thai Nature Seminars in the past week? I did a search in the group but most of the posts seem to be about a month old and very mixed. It seems like HCMC, Phnom Penh, and Madrid no longer accept? I was going to apply in Vientiane, but am wondering if I should apply somewhere else. I am currently in Thailand so I am open to applying almost anywhere in Southeast Asia or Asia. Is the course/seminars refundable if you dont get approved?

I’m curious if anyone has successfully gotten a 60 day tourist visa at the Thai embassy in Hanoi? I’m currently in Vietnam for the next month, but planning on heading back into Thailand after my travels. Any experience/advice would be helpful. ❤️

Where is the nearest Thai

Embassy one can travel to right now or before the end of December 2021 to get a non-b visa for a teaching job ?

Note: the persons

are currently on tourist visa / covid extension and the local immigration office does not allow changing visa type at the office and requires that one get it from outside of Thailand only.

Hey guys! Quick question, does anyone know where I can go for a Non-B visa if I have a Namibian passport? My understanding is that Penang and Laos aren't an option cause all African countries apart from South Africa are banned from doing it there? Any other ideas (Apart from having to go back home to do it of course)? Thanks everyone!
