ORIGINAL POSTERHas anyone applied for and been approved for a DTV using Discover Thai Nature Seminars in the past week? I did a search in the group but most of the posts seem to be about a month old and very mixed. It seems like HCMC, Phnom Penh, and Madrid no longer accept? I was going to apply in Vientiane, but am wondering if I should apply somewhere else. I am currently in Thailand so I am open to applying almost anywhere in Southeast Asia or Asia. Is the course/seminars refundable if you dont get approved?
