Looking to rent an Apartment in Bangkok City for multiple months, but thinking of using Airbnb..how much would I pay in premium? As an example if an apartment is say 1000$ pm, how much would this be listed for on Airbnb? I'm doing this because I don't want to commit to 12 months or pay a deposit..and want the assurance and flexibility of moving at will. Thoughts?
Is it easy to rent a condo with DTV Visa for a few months?
For example periods of 2-3 months since I plan to stay 6 months max to avoid being a tax resident and I am thinking of splitting those 6 months during different periods of the year.
Are the prices almost as good as long term rental?
Please allow me to ask you an everything else type questions
I just wonder if anyone can recommend any state agency websites I can look at for short-term accommodation in Bangkok. I tried renthub but it is only for condos/apartments. Thaiproperty.com and DD property sites are mainly for long term 1 year rental. I need to rent 1 month to 3 months.
Also any recommendation on any agency for hourly or one day taxi rental if you know anyone.

Has anyone got any advice on the process of booking a room through messenger/marketplace?
I'm booking last minute and Airbnb doesn't really have much choice for stays over 2 weeks!
I’m suppose to move to serviced apartments today but it turns out my current condo changed the rules and I cannot move in weekends.
My work handles the papers in my end. So, I’m thinking that my new address has already been filed as my lease also expires today. My question is, if now I’m spending one more night in old condo... should the old condo file for TM30 again?
