Is it easy to rent a condo with DTV Visa for a few months?
For example periods of 2-3 months since I plan to stay 6 months max to avoid being a tax resident and I am thinking of splitting those 6 months during different periods of the year.
Are the prices almost as good as long term rental?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Renting a condo with a DTV Visa for short periods of 2-3 months in Thailand is generally easy, but prices tend to be higher than long-term rentals. While it's possible to find accommodations for shorter durations, expect to pay more per month. For those looking to avoid tax residency and stay for up to six months, serviced apartments may provide a viable alternative to traditional condo rentals.
They will charge more per month the shorter period rented. Depending kn location it can be harder to get somewhere under 6 months. Serviced apartments could be an option. I have stayed in them when a company has paid when I have relocated in Singapore and Bangkok.

Prices are not as good as long term rental. Why should they be. But it is easy.
