I have DTV and was recently offered a local job with short term contract. Is it worth to give up DTV for Non-B?

Answer summary

The user is considering whether to exchange their current DTV visa for a Non-B visa due to a short-term job offer. Comments provide insights on living arrangements, suggesting that hotels and Airbnb might be better due to limited short-term housing options like condos. There is also speculation around cost efficiency and legality of different housing options available for expats.

There are some nice serviced apartments in the Ploenchit area not far from Sukhumvit and the BTS station, probably your best legal option.

You won't find many condos available for such a short stay. You could try airbnb, but otherwise better off in a hotel.
