How do I ensure my accommodation files the TM 30 form for my 90 Day Non O Retirement visa?
When I am on the 90 Day Non O Retirement visa, how do I find or ensure that the place I am staying for 3 months is going to file the TM 30 form, provide their ID and the contract that I need to get the certificate of accommodation from Immigration. Are there certain serviced apartments that provide these things? Can you let me know? Thanks.

Normallyy when you visit the condo you ask for the print out for the day of moving in. They are legally obligé de to declare you. Ive always had it immédiate ly while doing the contract and before paying

You need to ask and get it in writing before you sign the contract

You'll need to ask them, but you can even be in a hotel as long as you get a letter from them stating you are a long term resident
