I have a question about the application process: I’ve seen some of you mention “Applied from Hanoi / other city.”

Did you apply online from Hanoi, or through the embassy? 😅

Hey everyone, I'm currently in Poland and today I'll be applying online for a workcation DTV visa. I'm submitting it to the appropriate Thailand Emabassy, which is in Warsaw, Poland. However, in three days, on December 9th, I have a ticket to Ho Chi Minh City(Vietnam), so my destination will change while my visa application is being processed. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation, and was it a problem?

I’m applying for the DTV online. I’m a UK citizen but currently travelling. Currently in Anguilla, going via the states to Sri Lanka and then to Thailand. I won’t be in any place for long and don’t have residency in any of these places, I am just travelling as a tourist.

I heard I can apply for the evisa putting my current location as the U.K. as I am a citizen and therefore don’t need to prove residency etc. Is this the case if I’m not there? If not, where should I apply?

I would like to apply to the DTV from Hanoi embassy as it seems easier but I would like stay in HCMC while waiting for the process.

Is it possible ? Would they ask proof of accommodation in Hanoi or they don’t mind ?

Is it okay to apply for DTV online through Hanoi while in another city, Like Da Nang?

Also, What forms of payment are accepted?
