Hey guys! 

I entered Thailand as a tourist and received a 60 day entry stamp, I’ve used my 30 day extension, my 30 days are up soon. I’ve heard of a border run too extend my stay in Thailand. I have no idea how to go about it, Any advice on where would be the best bet to do so etc? I’m currently in Pattaya.

I've completed this trip three times over the last year. Everything went well and was efficient and comfortable. I'm back in the UK now,but only temporarily; will be back to Thailand soon!

No it is permitted 3 times per year. This was confirmed after a telephone call on tvs Pattaya. I've done this in December, October,and August.

I travelled to Cambodia for a visa exemption stamp on the 20th December. When I booked this with TVS in Pattaya,the assistant confirmed after a telephone call,that this process was permitted 3 times in one year. I had done this in October and August. I had arrived in Thailand on the 2nd June and was then granted only 30 days as was the rule then. Attended immigration at the beginning of July in Jomtien, and was given 60 days.

First Class Visa Runs. 3,900 baht. Mini van with only 6 leather recliners and air con. It is an 8 hour round trip. The seats are comfortable.

Meet 5:30AM, they take you to the ban pakkad border checkpoint on the Cambodian border. When you will be given the pre-completed paperwork.

Immigration stamp you out of Thailand. You walk over the bridge. The Cambodia immigration will stamp a visa in your passport. You then queue twice more to enter and exit Cambodia, walk back across the bridge and immigration stamp you into Thailand.

The van stops for food & toilet half way through each journey at petrol stations. There is only a small shop at the border. Recommended taking food and water with you. The price includes a lunch when you return. Usually back by 2PM.
