I will do 30 days extension at the Immigration in Chiang Mai.  A visa agent will help me because i have bad history and long stay Thailand.

Does this work? Because i still need to be in person at the Immigration. So i hope the agent will talk with the officer and explain my situation.

purplestone4853 none of that should matter if you're using an agent. And you're currently legally in Thailand. Let them knock on your door, you would just show them your passport then be done with the visit

purplestone4853 that's only when entering. You can be denied entry and held until you buy a flight out. Nothing to do with applying for an extension.

ok. im here legally. But i have read that if you stay too long, they can say you live here and be put in jail or deportation. Too be honest they can say anything. So that is actually very scary, however i belive they only try to target more criminals not like normal people. But still i dont feel safe.
