Hello guys.

I applied for tourist visa at the guangzhuo Thai embassy while I was in china on 16 December, until now it's still on pending approval. Are the Thai visa process taking this long. I tried calling the guangzhuo embassy no answer. Any advice I would appreciate

What happens if a slow embassy doesn’t approve your DTV before the travel date?

Would I be allowed to enter Thailand on a Visa exemption and fly back out once it’s approved let’s say Vietnam and re enter on the DTV.

Is this allowed?

Anyone else been waiting for a long time in Hanoi. I was told many applicants got approvals within 5 〜8working days in Hanoi. But it seems it may take longer than that. The wait is killing me

I applied for a non-O visa from USA over a month ago. My flight is next week. I’m starting to worry. Evisa site says documents have been reviewed and it’s “pending approval”. Just emailed them to find out what’s going on. Is this normal? 

Hi all currently in HCMC and applied for my DTV on the 6th of October. Still not heard anything back yet and I am using an agent (ISSA Compass) so unable to chase direct. Anyone applied at the same time been approved?

Hey everyone, I’m currently in Hanoi waiting on my DTV (Soft Power – Muay Thai) to be approved. I submitted all my documents and paid the fee on June 4th, and as of June 6th, the application is marked as pending approval.

I know things likely slowed down because of the public holidays and a backlog, but it still feels like it’s taking a while. I’m aware the embassy doesn’t respond to emails, but has anyone had any luck going there in person to check on the status or get an idea of how much longer it might take?

Hanoi’s been great, but I’m more than ready to get back to Thailand. Appreciate any advice—thanks in advance!

Is anyone recently still stuck in Hanoi waiting for a DTV visa after 5 working days? I applied on 12 May. Still having pending approval status.

HCMC DTV applied 7th of May, it's now the 20th and pending approval.

Should I fly to Hanoi and submit an additional application?

What happens if my vietnam visa ends? Does my DTV application automatically expire?

Same as my friend but he did trigger document check then resubmitted.

I applied online for the DTV. Status has changed to pending approval after a few days and has been like that for a little over 2 weeks. Has this happened to anyone as well? I’m asking because my flight date is coming up and I’m worried the process won’t be finish on time
