I applied for tourist visa at the guangzhuo Thai embassy while I was in china on 16 December, until now it's still on pending approval. Are the Thai visa process taking this long. I tried calling the guangzhuo embassy no answer. Any advice I would appreciate

Embassies in China are very particular about details and verification of materials as Chinese applicants are known abusers of various types of visas (especially ed and now DTV). Perhaps other countries would be better

Guangzhou Thai Embassy is infamous for prolonged visa approvals and extremely difficult to contact via phone or get a email reply. Have you tried contacting them via SM sites ?
