hello I have one last question please. Can I apply on the spot in Bangkok or chiang mai for O visa. I will arrive on a 30 day tourist visa and I think I would like to move to chiang mai. I know the prerequisites for the 0 visa I would just like to know if I can do the procedure on the spot. Thank you to all. I am a Canadian. I'm coming on 2 October in Bangkok

I am here on Visa O marriage 90 days.

Because of Covid my wife who originally plan to come did not come due to cases increasing.

I did a Covid extension of 60 days valid still 20 Sept.

Government has just annoucement another Covid extension till 30 Sept which I plan to extend. But someone told me that Covid extension can only do once but some posted they had been extending Covid visa many times since last year. Too many versions and it's confusing. Any advice?

VISA O (Spouse)

Yesterday, I went to Chaengwattana to change my current tourist visa (ASEAN) to Visa O (Spouse). I arrived at 8.30am and the process took 1 hour until my name was called. Unfortunatelly, I couldn't further proceed because my marriage book is from Indonesia and hasn't been "recognised" here and my spouse address is not consistent with the photos of us in the house (although both addresses belong to my spouse family).

So here is what the officer gave me. I cannot guarantee if this will not change so I think it's better to stay update.

I have a multiple O based on marriage which is not due to expire until September. With Visa runs, my passport is likely to run out of pages before then. I am returning to the UK for a holiday in June and my plan is to get a new passport while I am there. On returning, is the visa in my old passport still valid, or do I need to get a new one?
