Trying to do our 90 report on the Thai Immigration app, but keep getting this message after completing the first page, and pressing next, having entered all required info and scans. Anyone had this issue and know how to resolve please?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is experiencing issues with the Thai Immigration App while attempting to complete their 90-day report. They receive an error message after entering all required information. Community responses suggest that the user must have previously completed at least one personal application at a local immigration office. Other suggestions include checking the date format and ensuring the application is filed within the scheduled timeframe.

Not a new passport. Just a thought, the error message says about overstaying, is this a generic message or is there something about my application that suggests I’ve overstated?

Silly question, what is your permitted stay date...
What's the format of the date you're keying in? Are you transposing the date and month? (Assuming, of course, you didn't miss the window for filing the report).
yes we’ve been reporting at the local office for more than a year

Have you done a 90 day reportat your local office before. You can't do an online application unless you have done at least 1 personal application at your local office.
