The new Thai Immigration App aims to streamline the TDAC process, but users have expressed significant dissatisfaction with its functionality and reliability. Many commenters report glitches, slow performance, and a lack of user-friendliness compared to systems in other countries like Singapore. Concerns about data security and the app not saving personal information have also been raised. Despite the app's intention to simplify the application process, participants are skeptical about its effectiveness and worry that it may hinder tourist arrivals rather than help.

Wow Thailand is doing it's utmost to deter foreign tourist arrivals. Next will be payment of entry taxes if any tourism left
I thought that's what TDAC was for. Don't know about anyone else, but an Amazon based system seems like a security threat. I trust Bezos with my information about as much as I trust Musk with it 🤷♂️
Jay Mumma I think you'll find that millions of services, many that people use every day use Amazon Web Services to process their data behind the scenes. (Netflix, AirBnB, Starbucks, etc)
