TLDR : Answer Summary
A user with a DTV visa inquires about potential questioning upon their return to Thailand after a 25-day absence. Community members reassure them that there should be no significant issues, emphasizing that they have a valid visa and have complied with requirements. They suggest having documentation ready, such as bank statements, in case of any queries regarding the purpose of their visit. Overall, the consensus is that the user should feel confident about re-entering Thailand.
Only current facts matter, not personal opinions. (1) DTV holders have never been refused entry. (2) There is no requirement to be currently enrolled on any course. (3) There is no requirement to attend any course.
What are you worried about?? You didn't do anything wrong and have met your visa conditions. Also how do you prepare you just arrive in immagration and get a stamp. If they have a problem you just talk prepare what
They might press the button and get a superior to interrogate you. Prepare some docs on your phone you can show, bank statements and stuff. Something you can show that point toward you not being working in Thailand (other than workation).
But no you won't get denied entry by a mile, pay for a fast track if you worry or don't want to potentially spend 20min getting interrogated.
Anonymous participant 949It's very very unlikely you'd need to show any such docs if you're on a DTV. Never heard of anyone being asked for such proof. Verbal proof, maybe but not documented proof.
You're fine, you got your DTV visa now. Doesn't matter what you did in the past. I'm just a Joe blow so I wouldn't listen to what I say exactly but that's my two cents
