I am confused about when to file a TM30. I have a mulri-entry Non-O retirement visa. I have filed my first 90-day report.

1. I went to Bangkok for an overnight in a hotel. Does the hotel file a TM30? Do I need to file a TM30 when I return home to Pattaya?

2. I go to Singapore for a week. When I return, my 90-day reporting period is reset, and I must file a TM30?

Hi friends have any of you heard of the Thai privilege membership program for moving to Thailand

Just visited phuket immigration for the latest list of documents for the Non O retirement visa. There seems to be a couple of changes from last year. Photo copy of every Thai stamp in passport, all photo copies of documents in portrait NOT landscape. Must update your Tm30 (address) at room 101 or drive through first on day of application. Bank statement from visa issue date.

My Non-O Retirement visa is valid until May 2025. But I plan to move out of Thailand by December 2024. What am I legally supposed to do regarding Immigration? Do I have to notify them ahead of time? Or just at the airport? Or can I just go and do nothing?

I done a 90 day report online for the second time as before always just went into the immigration office to do before that. The first one went through no problem but this time it's been rejected for some reason. I done everything exactly the same so I cannot understand why !!! . I'm on a non O retirement visa and it's still valid til May next year. The due date was 26th September and I done on the 27th. Has anyone had the same problem? Any advice would be gratefully appreciated

I'm doing my Non-O Retirement visa extension this coming week at Chang Watthana and I'm going to attempt to change over to the income based, as opposed to the 800k banked (I still have the banked 800k, just in case).

How many days (or hours) ahead of my immigration appointment should I get the official one year bank statement and updated bank book? Or maybe it doesn't matter as long as it was generated within the last 30 days?

From past experience using the banked 800K, I received the statement and bank book updated from the bank the day of.

We've decided to come in on DTV instead of going full Non O retirement. Husband sent application in on Monday (Australia, Canberra). They've asked for just one more thing: Letter from client saying they're fine with him being virtual. He's a business consultant.

Point of Difference:-

In early October I would have completed my first 3 months on the initial Non - O Retirement visa extension based on the 800,000 baht method.

I realise that, if needed, I can then "drop" that down to 400,000 baht. If, on the basis, that my subsequent 12 month extensions will be based on the monthly income method (minimum of 65,000 baht) each and every month for 12 (maybe 13) months, do I need to have the balance stand at 800,000 baht again 2-3 months before applying for the subsequent extension?

I know about all the eligibility banking requirement documentation in preparation for the lodgement of the T7 application.

I have already been transferring above the minimum amount of 65,000 baht each and every month for quite some time.

An agent claimed to be able to get me a non-o retirement visa without having to open a bank account? Is that to be believed? She said an account would be an additional charge?

Anyone recently do this and know what documents they require?
