Hi all, for Chaengwattana, what is the earliest I can apply for yearly non-o extension (based on marriage) from my 90 day non-o visa- is it 45 days or 30 days remaining?
In my previous yearly extensions is was basically a month’s consideration time, but it seems some have said 21 days- is this the norm now at CW? Thanks so much- trying to figure out timings before leaving for UK Christmas.
I just got my email from The Thai embassy in Los Angeles and I have been approved for my Non-O marriage visa! I want to thank everyone on this page who helped me with a huge shout out to Brandon Thurkettle! Every single thing he said here has proven to be totally accurate. He was the one who first told me the Non-O marriage would best suit me. So it’s a huge relief to have that out of the way, now we are on the clock. We will be in Thailand by the end of May at the latest and then it’s time to stress out over building our new house! 😎🤪😎🙏🙏🙏🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭. Thanks again everyone and maybe we will bump into you at The Monkey Bar in Korat. Brandon I will definitely buy you some drinks!
Hello everyone, I live in Chiang Mai and I have a quick question about visa.
Last year I applied for my year marriage visa extension 45 days before last day which was end of September but my consideration period was until end of October. So I was waiting for my visa 135 days.
This year I plan to apply again for a year extension 45 days before expire date which is end of September, but I really need to go home right after that for family reasons so my question is this. If I apply 45 days before expire date is it likely that I will be able to get the extension within those days ?
Has anyone got the same experience in getting extra month for consideration ? It seemed weird for me because that was my second extension but at that time I really did not question that.
I’m due to renew my non-O immigrant visa based on marriage to a Thai on 21 Nov which falls on a Saturday meaning immigration at Chaengwattana will be closed . Can I go on Fri 20th Nov ? Or do I have to wait until Monday ?
