TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on renewing their non-O immigrant visa based on marriage to a Thai citizen, which is due on a Saturday when the immigration office is closed. They want to know if they can renew it on the preceding Friday or if they must wait until Monday. Respondents suggest that it's best to renew as early as possible, even up to 45 days in advance, to avoid any potential issues with the application.

My advice would be to go as soon as possible. You can apply early, 45 days I believe. Your renewal date of 21st November will remain the same. If you leave it until the very last minute you are not making provision I'd the paperwork is not quite in order.

What do you mean by "renew my non-O extension of stay based on marriage"? Is this to close out an under consideration stamp?

I’m not sure what you mean by close our an under consideration stamp but basically I have successfully obtained this visa in the past . I’ve also gone through the process of ensuring the funds were still in my bank a month later and they granted me the stamp . It runs out on 21 Nov 2020 so I’d like to renew it

. It's just the terminology in Thai immigration. You can't actually "renew" a visa. Once it's expired you go on to "extensions of stay" and you obtain a new one every year. In many cases there are subtle differences, which I think is why

Got it now! You can get a new extension of stay no sooner than 30 days before the expiration date. I recommend going tomorrow and begin the process.
