I'm not sure what information to put when filing out the online form for a DTV. It's asking the dates I'm going/coming, what flights, place I'm staying with contact information. I haven't booked anything because I don't know if my visa will be approved and was going to wait until after I get my visa. Please advise.

Regarding the travel info on the dtv app. Do you put 175-180 days out for departure?

I am currently applying for my DTV (Freelancer) visa from the UK, via the Thai Embassy in London.

I am at the third section where I must provide travel information-this includes my intended date of departure from here.

I cannot complete this section as I have not bought a flight yet, as I am not sure how long the visa will take to process.

I was planning on booking a ticket to leave the UK two weeks from today, but i am hesitant to do so until I know how long my visa will potentially take to process.

Can anyone advise me the average time it takes to process one of these visa's?

-Then I can book a flight and complete this section of the application.

(1) Is it possible to apply for a Tourist Visa whilst in Thailand?

Reason is the 2nd 60-day exemption+30 extension is about to expire.

(2) Any instructions/info on how to catch train/bus from Bangkok to Chong Mek/Vang Tao (Laos Border).

(a) can buy/pay at the ticket office or require advance reservation?

I started my DTV application but I don’t have specifics such as where I am staying or what my flight number is or which region I will live in… how did everyone else fill it out?

Hi everyone! I’m applying for my DTV and in the travel information section of the online form it requires to fill out flight number, accommodation details and Thai phone number. The issue is that I don’t have these info available at the moment given I’m planning to move to Thailand at the beginning of October.

Any suggestions on how to proceed?

I've just tried registering my dtac for my return to Thailand arriving 11th. It works fine until I put in leaving UK on the 10th, then says it won't accept that date, and turns red. It's now the 8th. I tried it again on the 9th, and again it accepts arriving on 11th, but not leaving on the 10th. So I've had to put leaving and arriving on 11th, which it accepts. I've now got my qr code but my departure date is wrong.

Is 60 or 30 days visa free to enter Thailand now?

Hi there! I am currently in my DTV application process and might have some questions over the next few days ☺️ I am currently in Vietnam, applying from here.

Here are the first questions:

1. What Adress Information should I put in? I haven’t lived in my home country in a while so I don’t have an Adress there. There is a possibility to enter a „permanent“ Adress and a „current“ Adress. But I don’t have a permanent Adress… so do I just put the apartment that I am staying in here in Vietnam or a postal Adress back in my home country? 😳

2. travel information: I don’t have a flight booked yet as I don’t know when the visa will be ready, so should I look up a flight that I think I might be able to take?

3. accommodation info: I’m staying with my friend in his condo - would I put the condo Adress and his contact number?

Hi guys, I saw this question in several posts, so sorry for bithering you once again 😁. I'm preparing my evisa application and I still don't get this step number 3 travel information. Why do I need to choose departure date and why do I have to type flight number for non immigrant O visa? Have some of you freshly applied for this type of visa and have some recent experience? I'M planning to move to Thailand with thai husband and 2 kids - so departure ok can fake it. But flight - I cannot book ot yet cause we're still waiting for passports for kiddos and anyway my income is super low so I just worry to be rejected the visa - Do you think it is possible?
