I started my DTV application but I don’t have specifics such as where I am staying or what my flight number is or which region I will live in… how did everyone else fill it out?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When filling out your DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) application without precise details like flight number or accommodation, you can provide estimated or intended information. It's acceptable to put a potential place of stay and a flight you are considering that matches your arrival date. Authorities understand that you might be looking for longer-term lodging or will be traveling around.

Just give them the info of the flight you are THINKING about taking that coincides with the arrival date you gave, and the name and address where you THINK you may stay. You also only have to say you intend to stay just a few days. They get that you will either be looking for more permanent lodging or will be doing the digital nomad thing and moving around.
