Has anyone tried applying for DTV from Vietnam using a brand new Vietnamese bank account that only has a single top-up transfer of 500,000 THB and no transaction history?

Has anyone successfully gotten approved with a soft power application using dental invisiblines, and could recommend a clinic ? Preferably in Chiang Mai.

I am planing on applying in Indonesia but would love to get recommendations.

I have lived in Thailand for 8 years with a work permit and non-b. My bank accounts are all Thai, my drivers license, residency, utility bills, income... everything is all Thai. Will that be a problem as I switch to the DTV? Should I include my non-b and WP in my paperwork?

Was anyone able to use index funds in Robinhood for proof of funds?

I am a 67 yo from the USA who has been here for almost five months on my initial 15 month Retirement Visa. Is there any way to get a part-time job other than thru online digital employment? I do not have a work permit and believe I would be unable to get one on a Retirement Visa. I realize that if I try to work for some company or individual, even under the table, I risk severe consequences including deportation, and have zero desire to break or even bend the law. I am french citizen , 50 years old.

Came for m'y yearly hollidays there as since 15 years already done.

Done thè online arrival qr digital .

Immigration (very angry ) woman stop me and i follow her on a dark room filled with i believe illégal migrants (.....)

She saied that i not allowed enter in Thaïland anymore if i not do visas before departure.

Anyway i had a onward ticket show i will left thailand before thé legal tourists visa 2 month période actualy allowed

2024 i stay Thaïlande 2 month +1 month extension 1900 thb then 180 days in 2024

Never been oberstay , never done wrong .

She find all my history entering in Thaïland and say that " Sir you come to'much in Thaïland "

I have a 7years old son here , but cant afford visa with 400K deposit , i just want spend maximum time with him , as all father should do .

Not all of us are retired with solid pension , or sold home or buiseness in Europe for sho bank deposit .

I am sad to see that Thaïland turn as this and dont care about familly health .

Anyway if some of us have tips or had the same trouble recently , share it !

Hello. Coming from Canada, I work remotely for a Canadian company and my husband is retired. Was planning on DTV Workation based and him as spouse but seeing lots of ppl recommending o-visa. The O-A requires a re-entry permit if we leave for any length, I’m uncertain if the O-X does as well.

Question then…if i come over on a non-o can I still work remotely or am I better to stick with the DTV “Nomad Visa”? Second, can hubby apply for non-o and I apply for DTV or must we both hold the same type?

I have my Non-O Visa and have the 90 day stamp. It is time to go back and get the one year stamp and Im wondering if anyone has done this in the last year?

I need to know what documents/forms I should take?

The various websites I have checked are contradicting each other or are a bit worthless (also immigration was not very specific when I was there getting the 90-day). Im trying to keep it to as few trips as possible.
