ORIGINAL POSTERHello 👋 I am applying for the DTV visa this week, but my husband cannot apply together with me because he is on a business trip and when he returns, his passport will need to be renewed due to having less than six months validity. Is there a gender restriction for the primary DTV visa? And can the DTV Spouse Visa only be applied for by a wife?
We are concerned that the visa office might ask why my husband is applying for the spouse visa and potentially reject the application.
