Need guidance for Thailand long term visa. Any trustable agencies or agents reference

I've been quoted 70k for a marriage visa, in which i think is a complete rip off. This includes assistance with a yellow book and the registration of the marriage. Additional, i just handed over 25k for an Australian tourist visa for my wife.

Any thoughts on what i think is my own stupidity.

I would like to know if it is still possible to apply to a non-immigrant O visa directly at the embassy (Kuala Lumpur for instance), or if the only way is to use the e-visa platform.

2 days ago I went to open account in Bangkok bank in local area..they took my papers..copy of passport and stamp..my marriage certificate, TM30, I am still shocked when she asked me for my salary slip..I copied and gave it to her..and she said will let me know soon..because she wanted to send papers to head office..next day she called me..she said I want to talk to your wife..she can't speak English..so I went to bank again and asked what happened..she said I need more documents..I said if you need more documents tell me I will give it..she said no just want to talk to your wife..I said she works and is free only after evening..then in evening my wife tried to call her..you know what she asked..she said tell me your husband country address..even I have already given my marriage certificate in Thai and English I have given it but she is still doing stupid things..and my address is written on the marriage certificate its been almost 3 days now but she is still wasting our time..

My digital nomad one got rejected. As soon as I uploaded my signed employment document I got rejected with no reason why.

Want to reapply to try again but thinking of doing soft power. Should I reapply soft power in a different embassy or can I try to do Jakarta again?

Wondering if that would raise questions if I change from “workcation” to “soft power”

It’s because the rules change so frequently, I’ve just spent 2 months in Thailand ( I’m from uk ) my holiday finished on the 22nd of may … how long is it before I can come again to Thailand ( 3 months this time ) … is it 6 month gap ??? Hi my Belgium passport is due for renewal,if I get new one obviously gonna have to hand in current one with my non o visa stamps..Will that be a problem when I arrive in bkk with new passport without stamps or will it show on their pc I do have a visa?I m was planning to tranfer visa when I get there..any thoughts guys

Hi. We are living in Chiang Mai. My 16 year old daughter was here homeschooling and on thai language school visa since September

2024. She has now been accepted into an intl school full time starting in August. Her next 90 day extension is June 14. The new school isn’t quite ready to give her a student visa til June 16.

Do I pay and extend and then switch over? Or are there any other options? Does the present school cancel her visa or do i? When do we do this? They haven’t offered much help. Exactly what are our options?

I just arrived here on May 17 from the US after applying for and receiving a Non-O Marriage visa in April on the advice on Brandon Thurkettle. Thanks again Brandon! Unfortunately immigration informed me yesterday that I made a mistake by not having our US marriage license stamped at The Embassy in Los Angeles. So………it looks like we will have to go to Cambodia and apply for the Non-O retirement visa. Then wait 7-10 days to get it emailed back and start over. My question is this; is there a way around having to do that or should I just resign myself to some time in Cambodia? I have heard the agents can work around it but I also hear they do some things that the Thai government might not approve of. Or that are outright illegal. So I don’t really want to use them.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
