I have over 15 million baht on bank in Thailand.

So for only about 450b more than the price of an extension and hassle of organising all the paperwork & Courses & work Documents and potentially coming and going several times to immigration etc....

I've booked Same day return flights ✈️ with only 4hrs to wait...

For many maybe time is an issue or don't like flying so much but this is easily the best option for me currently...😊

I'm sure there many flights outta BKK to neighbouring countries but may also have to pay for Visa on arrival...

For Hanoi embassy, how long should the 500K be in the account before the submission?

If you get asked for an interview by the embassy, would they give you a specific time and date, or would there be a little flexibility in you scheduling one. I would like to travel a bit in the country I am in, but concerned with getting too far away from the embassy to get back in time if they set a specific time and date. Thanks. Maybe it is different for each embassy.

My tourist visa was just approved, but haven’t used it yet. Do I need to cancel it before applying for a DTV? If yes, should I email the embassy that issued the visa?

I'm a US citizen applying in Jakarta this week and have a few questions for the group regarding Muay Thai soft power application and submission of documents.

I've merged 3 months bank statements into a single PDF and I'm wondering if it would be helpful to highlight the closing balance on the most recent statement?

For those that included a screenshot of the exchange rate for the day of submission, did you merge it into a PDF with your statements and keep it as the first page of the document?

I'm thinking of ordering my financial documents like this:

1. Official balance letter from bank.

2. Screenshot of account balance from my banking app on day of submission.

3. Exchange rate on day of submission.

4. 3 months bank statements ( balance topped up 3 weeks ago and only most recent statement reflects 500k+).

Also, I'm currently unemployed and primarily sustain myself from my cryptocurrency investments (they will be able to see withdrawals from Coinbase for the top up). Would it be reccomended to tick the unemployed box?

Hello, really sorry if this is an obvious question or stupid. I have done lots of research but not clear. I plan to come to Thailand on DTV to have surgery in Bangkok (will have proof). I need a specialist & waiting times in UK Via NHS is 18+ months, private costs are extortionate, whereas Bangkok, specialist consultant can see me within months and £10k rather than £20k+ in UK! Am I right that if my husband moves with me we EACH need £11k GBP in our bank accounts to meet DTV requirements and EACH need to apply for a DTV? Any advice / answers would be greatly appreciated 🙏
