 Do you mean that I can't send more than 50,000 baht to anyone, or that I can't even receive an international money transfer of more than 50,000 baht?

 yes seems logical, but also the ED visa sticker with 3 months , i will present it to the bank with school documents that proof I have paid 1-year course , not 3 months. So is it possible to open it during the first 3 months?
