I'm scared that if I go the Muay Thai or learning to cook route. It will get back to Social Security and I will lose it. Appreciate any guidance on the matter!

I am getting lot of important tips from this group but seems like there is not a lot of information about getting DTV as a dependent spouse😅

My spouse got his DTV in November. I am going to apply in HCM in 3 weeks time. I have 500k in my account but I don’t work. How long does it take as a spouse? Would it be faster since they already gave DTV to my husband and I will be the dependent?

Would really appreciate it if you share your experience on this 😇

Hello, my dtv visa needs an extension before may. Did anyone already extend their dtv already? And did you bounce borders or go immigration? Is any paperwork required ?

Quick question. I was last stamped into Thailand on Visa Exempt on December 4th. I have just had that stamp converted in NON-B which wxpires on May 25th. I'm wondering if I am required to do a 90 day report now? Thanks

We are looking to possibly buy one at the Bay Condominiums near Bangrak, and have a few questions regarding how much we can expect to rent it out at and taxes both here and in Australia that are not being answered well enough by the realestate companies.

My 60-day visa exemption expires on March 29th. For personal reasons, I would be better off extending it in advance. If I extend it two weeks before it expires, will Laksi Immigration do it?

I’d like to ask if anyone has gone to Cambodia for there DTV visa and if so did you drive there or go by plane, did you get met by an agent at the airport and was the process easy and if i arrive at camboy in the morning, what time would be best to book my flight from Cambodia to bkk ? Thanks
