As for this section are you supposed to put your home country address or your current location address such as the hotel out of Thailand you are applying at?

Hi everyone, is it possible to apply for the DTV Visa online while in Thailand? Or do we have to leave the country to apply even if its online?

Hi , looking for advice. I’m a U.K. citizen and own a condo in Thailand already. I will be retiring next year to Thailand permanently. My question is regarding a visa to stay in Thailand . I have the required funds to deposit in my Thai bank account but is there a visa that lets you keep the funds in the U.K. but show proof that you have them and it’s compulsory to buy medical insurance?

I don’t want to go through an agent.

Hi everyone I’m coming to Thailand at the end of December. On arrival I will get 60 days stamp my question is i would like to stay a extra 30 days at what point can I apply for the visa extension also I will be travelling around will that be a problem.

My husband is applying for DTV and I wanna apply with him as spouse and I am not working so do we need 500k baht or more? The posts were confusing as some people say yes and some people say no. Also how long should the money be present in the bank account (500k in total). Your help will be appreciated

Applied for the DTV at the Cambodia embassy in Phnom Penh on 26/10/2024 and got approved on 8/11/2024! I provided a motivational letter, 50-day bank statement, professional portfolio as a digital nomad, Agoda receipt for my Siem Reap stay, and a scan of my passport stamp of entering Cambodia.

Hi, my visa expires on Monday. Should I go to immigration on Friday or Monday? Do I need to go the immigration in the area where I am staying? Also, do you need to book an appointment for a 4 week visa extension?

The requirement to provide proof of accomodation or a lease for 6 months accomodation as proof of residence in Thailand.

Can anyone provide what the requirement is as my understanding is that you require the visa before you can sign a lease.

Will a receipt for accomodation from a Hostel be acceptable?
