TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around finding a travel agent in Bangkok to assist with a NON-B visa application, as the user's school does not provide this service. Several commenters emphasize the necessity of having the school provide supporting documents for the application and suggest travel agents for help, including a specific recommendation for the Thai Visa Centre. They also share personal experiences regarding the visa application process, highlighting the importance of coordination with the employer/school.
I used them for my NON-O and then for my Retirement visa for 5 years with no hassles.

I just did mine as an E-visa from Malaysia. As long as your employer has all the docs, the online process is really just about putting those documents in the right section. I often use agents for things but felt this one isn't really necessary.
Note: school will provide about 10 documents, applicantion will initially only ask for 2-3. There will be subsequent requests for some of the other documents which is a little inefficient but just calling it out so it's not a surprise.
Good luck

Your school is your employer and your employer has to provide the documentation required for a Non-B application, they may also require you to get your Non-B from outside Thailand. You ask for a travel agent so are you looking for help with your travel to a neighbouring Embassy for your application?
I am looking for a Visa Agent to help me with the application process, the school will provide me with the documents and will sign where necessary. I know it sounds off but I chose not to work with the schools agent because I had once had a bad experience with them, so I opted on doing it by myself.
