I actually didn't even consider this as I am here in Malaysia and simply followed "the rules". I guess I joined the group too late πŸ˜…

yes, you are 99% right I suspect. The obvious concern is of the system, despite inputting everything correctly, does the same thing on the second application

I didn't take a photo on the first application no. What do you think the chances are of requesting a refund "after" I get approval and obviously after the visa is approved on the second application? I took photos of every step on the second application

Thank you for the responses, they are helpful knowing I have done the only thing possible and sensitive (albeit expensive) by applying again and crossing my fingers and toes the same error does not occur. I VERY methodically ensured everything was correct and photographed every step this time

thanks. I have done this, it's just that he Malaysian portal is requesting a 6 month lease as proof of residence
