With first hand experience with this I have bad news and bad news for you. Its a new application. No. There are no appeals, no communication and no hope to reverse. When you apply it CLEARLY states you must check all details prior to submission (check like a hunting Hawk) because if there is any error whether your fault or system fault, it's a new application and another fee

This really sounds like there is something else we are not being told. In almost every case the DTV works, is accepted, stamped with non-issues at all
